ACIL is open to students, researchers, young lawyers, activists, civil society actors, community organisers, educators, artists, and institutions who share our commitment to making international law more accessible and useful in Africa.

There are different ways to be part of ACIL’s work. You can attend our events, contribute to research and explainers, support public education, collaborate on community legal empowerment, or partner with us on work involving international and regional legal mechanisms.

ACIL is building a community of people who believe that international law should not remain distant from the people and communities it affects.

How to Get Involved

You can get involved with ACIL by reaching out through the contact form or email with a short message about your interest.

You may contact us if you would like to:

1. Join an ACIL event, workshop, or public conversation.

3. Collaborate on training, community engagement, legal empowerment, or advocacy.
